Pépé le Moko is a speakeasy style bar below the Ace Hotel Portland. With the Mighty Union team and inspirations from the 1937 namesake film, I developed the brand identity, menus, website, matchbooks, and touchpoints throughout the space.
The Oregon State Parks was in need a brand identity system and logo. As an Oregon native this project was an absolute dream to develop. Based on vintage posters I created a custom lettering system and a shield frame with endless applications.
The Freshwater Trust is an incredible non-profit organization built on a mission to preserve and restore freshwater ecosystems.
After almost a full year of design and review, The Freshwater Trust launched their newly refreshed brand identity I created for them.

Founded in 1945 Melvin Mark Co. has become a trusted name in Portland commercial real estate. In 2018 I was able create an updated identity system and brand to reflect the company’s deep history, pride and expertise.
More and more travelers and connoisseurs are being drawn to Newberg, Oregon. From across the country and around the world, there is a growing curiosity about the place. A big part of that has to do with the wines Newberg has been producing, now considered by many to be some of the best in the world. But it goes beyond the wine and the vineyards and the wineries. Because the Newberg experience is just that: experiential. It’s a place for slowing down and tasting life and all the wonders of the region.
Partnering with the talented copywriter and strategist, Austin Howe we developed the Branding and Identity system for Taste Newberg. Taste Newberg showcases the many draws to the area, from world-class wine and culinary experiences, luxury stays and learning opportunities for the curious traveler.
In 2013, Imbibe magazine hired me to create a brand identity for the wildly popular, Negroni Week. Since then Negroni Week has grown from about 120 participating venues to over 12,000 venues around the world, and to date, they have collectively raised nearly $3 million for charitable causes.
Jumptown Shuffle Club is a summertime shuffleboard pop-up in the Spirit of 77. Drawing inspiration from the golden age of shuffleboard from the 1950-60’s I created the brand identity, apparel line, rule cards, ad campaigns, menus and signage.
Sustainable Restaurant Group is a collection of brands that are defining the future of hospitality through a deep commitment to environmental and social change. For this group I created design collateral, signage, marketing and special event material, and menus for their brands Bamboo Sushi and Quickfish
